Merry ChristmasIt has been a while since the last update and a lot has happened. I will just give a quick update of what we did this past year.We hosted a girl, Laura, from Denmark. She enjoyed her time here and is back home with her family. We are now hosting a boy, Nico, from Germany. He is really enjoying being here. He played soccer for South High and is now on the diving team.We built a new balcony on the back of our house and took down the big pine tree in the back corner. We all helped with the balcony and soon after it was finished a robin made a nest on it. It was fun watching the pine tree come down.The bathroom is remodeled and looks a lot better. We also painted the upstairs room before Nico came. It looks nice.Nico helped make the potatoes for our Thanksgiving meal, then sat and watched the football game. He loves American football.Stephen is in the 4th grade and Samuel is now in Kindergarten.Stephen started karate and piano lessons. That lasted only a little while. Samuel had swimming lessons. He still needs more before he can swim.Scott is now working for DSI. He is in the field pulling wires and the foreman on the job.
